Made for PCOS · iOS
The PCOS diary built for your next doctor's appointment.
Log symptoms, cycles, and labs in seconds. Walk in with a clear PDF of what's actually been happening — not a phone full of scattered notes.

THE GAP
You've been keeping this diary already — in five places.
Period apps grade you against 28 days
A calendar built for clockwork cycles turns a 47-day cycle into a wall of red. The variability isn't noise — it's the finding.
Your labs live in PDFs you can't trend
Testosterone from March, insulin from August, AMH somewhere in your email. Six months of blood work, zero lines on a chart.
The appointment lasts twelve minutes
And the most useful thing you could bring — what actually happened, over months — is scattered across three apps and your memory.

TRY IT
This is the entire logging flow.
No forms. No sheets. No "how are you feeling today?" screens. A chip per symptom — tap once for mild, again for moderate, again for severe. The numeral never hides.
Go on — tap the chip. That's a real one, severity well and all.
severity 0 of 3 — none
THE SIGNATURE
Irregular is data, not defect.
Flip between a typical body and a PCOS body. Same instrument, same scale — the strata just tell the truth either way.
Uneven strata are still strata. This is the pattern your endocrinologist actually needs.
HOW IT WORKS
Log. See. Show.
01
Log
Nine symptoms, one tap each. Mark period start and end. Add a lab value when results come in. Under thirty seconds a day.
02
See
Cycles drawn at their real length. Labs on trend lines with reference ranges. Your own typical range, not a textbook's.
03
Show
Pick 30, 90, or 180 days and export a doctor-ready PDF. Frequency, intervals, trends — the appointment, prepared.

CYCLE
Strata, not a shame calendar
Each cycle is a strip whose width is its real length, your own typical range banded behind. A regular body draws an even wall; a PCOS body draws a coastline. Both are data.

LAB VAULT
The numbers your endocrinologist asks about
Eight markers — testosterone to HbA1c — each on a monotone trend with the typical reference range shaded in. “Is it improving?” gets a visual answer that spans years.

DOCTOR REPORT
A PDF that reads like a clinical letter
Symptom frequency versus your prior period, every cycle interval, every lab trend — typeset, restrained, credible. Hand over your phone or share the file.

NEGATIVE SPACE
What PCOS Diary refuses to be.
—Not a weight-loss coach
We never ask your weight. You have a clinician for medical advice.
—Not pink, not cutesy
No mascots, no “cysters”. You're an adult managing a chronic condition.
—Not a feed
No community tab, no streaks, no engagement mechanics. Open, log, leave.
—Not a data business
No account, no server, nothing to harvest. The diary is the product.
APPLE-NATIVE
Deep in the platform, quiet at midnight.
Apple Health, both ways
Import your existing flow days; write logged periods back. Opt-in, menstrual flow only.
Home-screen widget
Cycle day, recent strata, and one-tap symptom logging without opening the app.
Art-directed dark mode
Not an inversion — a separate “lab at night” palette on warm plum-black.
On-device, full stop
Your diary is a file on your iPhone. Delete the app, the data is gone.

FAQ
Fair questions.
Is my data private?
Yes — everything you log stays in a local file on your iPhone. There is no account, no cloud, and no server of ours that could see or leak your health data. Delete the app and the diary is gone.
Does it replace my doctor?
No, and it never will. PCOS Diary is a diary: it prepares you for the appointment with clean data — symptom frequency, cycle intervals, lab trends — so the twelve minutes you get are spent on decisions, not reconstruction.
Does it work with Apple Health?
Yes, both ways and opt-in. Turn on Health sync and your existing flow days import as cycles (your strata appear instantly); periods you log are written back. The scope is menstrual flow only — nothing else is read or written.
What's free and what's Pro?
Logging all nine symptoms and your full cycle history are free, forever — we gate output, never input. Pro adds the doctor-ready PDF export, an unlimited lab vault, and extended trend history: £2.99 a month, £19.99 a year with a 7-day free trial, or £49.99 once for lifetime.
When does it launch?
First in the UK and Australia, then wider. The App Store button lights up the day it ships — until then everything you see here is the real, finished app.
Is there an Android version?
No. PCOS Diary is Apple-native by design — Swift, HealthKit, home-screen widgets, on-device storage. Doing one platform properly is the whole point.
