ABOUT
Built for the twelve minutes that matter.
The problem
PCOS affects roughly one in ten women of reproductive age, and managing it means juggling a daily mess: irregular cycles, acne, hair loss, fatigue, mood, cravings — plus periodic blood work for testosterone, insulin, AMH and more. Most people cobble this together across a general period tracker, a notes app, and a folder of lab PDFs.
Then comes the endocrinologist appointment. It lasts about twelve minutes. And the single most useful thing you could bring — what has actually been happening, over months — is scattered across three apps and your memory.
PCOS Diary exists to fix exactly that. Log in seconds, see your real pattern, walk in with a clear PDF.
What we refuse
- No weight-loss coaching. You have a clinician for medical advice. We will never ask your weight or sell you a meal plan.
- No pink, no mascots, no “cysters”. You’re an adult managing a chronic condition, and the app should look like it knows that.
- No shame calendar. A 28-day grid makes an irregular cycle look like an error. We draw cycles at their real length — irregular is data, not defect.
- No data harvesting. Your diary stays on your device. There is no account and no server to breach.
Who we are
PCOS Diary is made by Windcraft, an independent studio building small, focused, Apple-native apps. One developer, no growth team, no investors pushing for engagement metrics — which is precisely why the app can stay a quiet clinical instrument instead of becoming another subscription coach.
